Search for leads and Click to Call using Agent Lead Search in Vicidial is an interesting feature. Agents can search based on Lead ID, Vendor ID, Phone number and last name
Setting this option to ENABLED will allow agents to search for leads and view lead information while paused in the agent interface. Also, if the Agent User Group is allowed to view Call Logs then the agent will be able to view past call notes for any lead that they are viewing information on.

This feature can be used for Manual campaigns only. To enable this feature go to campaings-> select your campaign -> detail view and enable Agent Lead Search
