Vicidial - How to show amount of time an Agent has been in his current status

If you want to show the amount of time an agent has been in his current status you can use "Agent Status View Time" in "User Groups"

Please take note that user should be in the same group as you modified 

Now in the Agents Panel Agents can view the amount of time in his/her current status.
