VICIDIAL Configuration Step by Step - Step 5 - Creating phones

You know you need an IP Phone or softphone in order to make a call or receive call-in Vicidial, don't you? :)

So Select Admin > phones 

Please pay attention that Login Password is the password, Agents will use to login to the Agents Panel. SIP password that you will use to register your sip station is a Registration password that you should use a strong password.
