Angry customer complains about how is not satisfied with your call center service and how rude was your Agent? You need to check the call conversation recording first. Here is how to search for recordings based on the customer number in VICIdial.
Step 1 - Login to admin panel:
Step 2 - Select Lists -> Search for a Lead
Step3 - Enter customer Number in the phone field and Submit
Step4 - Select Lead Number
Step 6 - Scroll down to the end of the page for recordings
