*How to Transfer a Call Using 4 in Zoiper

Steps to Transfer a Call:

  1. Answer the Call

    • When an incoming call arrives, click the answer button in Zoiper.

  2. Open the Keypad

    • While on the call, click on the Keypad button from the top menu.




  3. Initiate the Transfer

    • Dial *4 on the keypad.
    • You will hear a transfer prompt.


  4. Enter the Destination Number

    • Type the number you want to transfer the call to.
    • Wait for a few seconds for the transfer to complete.



  5. Call is Transferred

    • The call will be forwarded to the entered number.
    • Your call session will end, and the other two parties will be connected.
